Optimise your resource packs.

I highly recommend you optimise your resource packs for production. You can use a tool called PackSquash to do this. You can even "protect" your resource packs from being extracted by using it.

Automate deployment.

You should create a GitHub repository for your resource pack and use CI to automate deployment to your servers. You'll want to use the PackSquash action. Then upload the .zip to a webserver, or the ForcePack plugin folder if self-hosting, and then use a http request action to run the forcepack reload command on your servers/proxy.
